About the role

  • IT Service Technician role focused on hardware management and support for Prosystems IT clients. Responsibilities include installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT hardware in various locations.

Responsibilities

  • Support and coordination of rollout projects
  • Installation, relocation and dismantling of hardware
  • Troubleshooting and technical maintenance of hardware and software
  • Maintenance through regular checks, preventive servicing and updates of hardware and software systems
  • Administration of telephony, printer management and specialized hardware
  • Assistance with fault resolution
  • Fault analysis remotely and on-site at customer locations

Requirements

  • Vocational training in an IT-related field desirable but not required
  • Career changers (m/f/d) welcome
  • Driving licence (Class B) required
  • Experience in logistics is an advantage
  • Experience in IMAC/R (Install, Move, Add, Change/Remove) environments
  • Knowledge of Windows administration is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Client Management Console desirable
  • Willingness to travel
  • Strong service orientation and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to work on assignments at customer sites
  • Good German communication skills
