Responsibilities
Support and coordination of rollout projects
Installation, relocation and dismantling of hardware
Troubleshooting and technical maintenance of hardware and software
Maintenance through regular checks, preventive servicing and updates of hardware and software systems
Administration of telephony, printer management and specialized hardware
Assistance with fault resolution
Fault analysis remotely and on-site at customer locations
Requirements
Vocational training in an IT-related field desirable but not required
Career changers (m/f/d) welcome
Driving licence (Class B) required
Experience in logistics is an advantage
Experience in IMAC/R (Install, Move, Add, Change/Remove) environments
Knowledge of Windows administration is an advantage
Knowledge of Client Management Console desirable
