About the role
- Werkstudent supporting IT solutions at Prosystems IT, specializing in communication and collaboration applications. Involved in incident management and application administration while gaining practical experience in the IT field.
Responsibilities
- Du unterstützt aktiv unseren Incident-Prozess und hilfst dabei, Störungen schnell zu lösen – 2nd Level Support.
- Du bearbeitest Incident- und Change-Request-Tickets und behältst dabei den Überblick über unsere Ticket- und Auftragssysteme.
- Du sorgst dafür, dass Anfragen und Aufgaben im System an die richtigen Teams weitergeleitet werden.
- Du unterstützt bei der organisatorischen und technischen Betreuung unserer Anwendungen.
- Du hilfst bei der Administration der betreuten Systeme und Tools.
- Du pflegst und erweiterst unsere Wissensdatenbanken, damit alle schneller Lösungen finden.
- Außerdem unterstützt du uns bei spannenden Projekten im IT-Umfeld und sammelst dabei wertvolle Praxiserfahrung.
Requirements
- Du studierst Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang (Vollzeitstudium ist Voraussetzung)
- Du studierst noch mindestens 1,5 Jahre
- Erste Arbeitserfahrungen im IT-technischen super-aber kein Muss
- Du kennst dich in Exchange/Outlook, Teams (evtl. weiterer M365-Produkte) gut aus
- Du verfügst über Erfahrung mit dem Mobile Device Management (Intune und Mobile Iro)
- Du bist eine Lerche und bereit die Frühschicht zu übernehmen (ca. 08:00 -12:00 Uhr)
- Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Dienstleistungsmentalität - zeichnen Dich aus
- Teamwork ist dir wichtig und du unterstützt andere genauso gerne, wie du selbst Unterstützung annimmst
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeiten - Du packst mit an
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
