About the role

  • Onboarding Consultant responsible for training and supporting customers using PropertyMe's CRM platform. Helping real estate professionals streamline their workflows and enhance productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate onboarding and training plans
  • Checkin calls throughout the onboarding journey to ensure customer satisfaction and success
  • Create conversion balances
  • Responding to support tickets
  • Phone and Zoom support
  • Data migration support and troubleshooting
  • Coordinate and support data transfers
  • Assist clients with receipting/reconciling their CRM account
  • Ensure clients are responded to within agreed SLAs
  • Assist the Onboarding and Data Service team as required
  • Confidently navigate through programs such as Slack, Trello, Google Suite, Salesforce and Zendesk
  • Gather website requirements and coordinate with the website team

Requirements

  • Real Estate industry experience
  • Team player with a warm and welcoming approach
  • Next-level organisation and efficiency with an acute eye for detail
  • Ability to empathise and instil confidence in customers
  • Customisation of training plans to best support clients
