Application Support Specialist providing functional support for internal applications at a tech-driven financial institution. Engaging in process optimization, collaboration, and AI tool adoption.
Responsibilities
Brindar soporte funcional y operativo para aplicaciones internas (aplicaciones web, flujos de trabajo, Power BI).
Configurar y mantener aplicaciones internas (.NET / IIS / WordPress).
Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los usuarios internos para comprender los procesos y proponer mejoras.
Participar en iniciativas de digitalización y automatización de procesos.
Apoyar la adopción de herramientas basadas en IA (Copilot, asistentes, automatizaciones).
Coordinar con los equipos de TI y proveedores externos.
Crear documentación, guías de usuario y brindar capacitación a los usuarios.
Realizar pruebas funcionales antes de los lanzamientos a producción.
Crear informes y paneles en Power BI.
Requirements
Nivel avanzado de inglés (B2+ / C1) — imprescindible.
Más de 4 años de experiencia en soporte de aplicaciones, análisis funcional o roles similares.
Experiencia trabajando en entornos corporativos estructurados.
Fuertes habilidades analíticas y una mentalidad centrada en el usuario.
Conocimientos generales sobre el funcionamiento de las aplicaciones web (no se requiere programación avanzada).
