About the role

Responsibilities

  • You develop and optimize our logistics software solutions — from new features to the further development of existing systems.
  • You analyze requirements, create technical solution concepts and accompany their implementation within the team — from the idea to go-live.
  • You develop and integrate interfaces to third-party systems (e.g., ERP/partner solutions) and ensure stable data flows.
  • You ensure quality through testing (Unit/Integration/E2E), code reviews and Clean Code principles.
  • You work in agile teams (e.g., Scrum), contribute to refinements/sprint planning and estimate requirements.
  • Depending on the role, you also support rollouts, updates, commissioning or 2nd/3rd-level support — always with a focus on pragmatic solutions.
  • If you love architecture: you design software architectures, evaluate technologies and drive scalability, maintainability and performance.

Requirements

  • A degree in an IT-related field or comparable vocational training (e.g., IT specialist in application development) — or relevant practical experience.
  • Experience in at least one of our typical tech stacks, e.g.: Java / Java EE, Spring (Boot), optionally Hibernate, IntelliJ/Eclipse; C# / .NET (Core), ASP.NET, Entity Framework.
  • Frontend experience with Angular or React + TypeScript.
  • Experience with SQL databases (e.g., Oracle, MS SQL, PostgreSQL) is a plus.
  • You enjoy working in a structured way, communicate clearly and like collaborating in a team.
  • Very good German language skills (depending on team/project) and good English skills are advantageous.

  • Individual work models: on-site, hybrid or 100% remote
