About the role

Responsibilities
- You advise international retail companies and purchasing cooperatives and act as their central contact person
- You lead the functional and organizational implementation of our software
- You analyze our customers' requirements and translate them into well-considered technical concepts
- You coordinate software configuration and, if required, actively contribute your expertise to the implementation
- You ensure the correct functional implementation of the defined solution and support testing and acceptance processes
- You work closely with the development team and help shape the further development of our software using customer feedback and your own ideas
Requirements
- Solid technical understanding for the analysis, design and implementation of complex software solutions
- Experience in the functional leadership of projects and direct customer interaction
- Several years of experience leading agile software projects
- Good understanding of business processes and commercial contexts
- A completed technical or business education (university, University of Applied Sciences (FH), HTL)
- Routine in preparing technical documentation and presentations
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
- Excellent German skills (C2) and good English skills (B2)
