- Strong ability to interpret and structure construction bid data, perform bid leveling, and create decision-ready outputs.
- Advanced Excel skills (bid tabs, scenario comparisons, normalization); strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical/commercial inputs into clear recommendations.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and willingness to travel as needed.
