About the role

  • Projektmanager managing construction projects in logistics and industry. Ensuring compliance with schedules, costs, quality, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Independent coordination and management of construction projects in the logistics and industrial real estate sector (e.g., warehouses, production areas, technical installations)
  • Coordination and management of external construction and specialist partners and acting as the central interface to relevant architects, specialist planners, clients and subcontractors
  • Ensuring schedule, cost and quality objectives across all project phases
  • Monitoring construction execution in accordance with plans, specifications, standards and legal requirements
  • Responsibility for occupational health and safety on the construction site
  • Documentation and reporting (construction log, progress and acceptance reports)
  • Active problem solving, coordination of changes and risk management during construction execution

Requirements

  • Completed technical education or further qualification in construction (e.g., architecture, civil/structural engineering, master craftsperson or technician in building construction, or equivalent)
  • Several years of practical experience in construction or project management, ideally in logistics, industrial or commercial building projects
  • Confident handling of construction processes, schedule and cost control
  • Good knowledge of relevant standards, regulations and legal requirements (e.g., VOB, occupational safety)
  • Experience coordinating external project stakeholders (architects, specialist planners, subcontractors)
  • Routine in construction documentation (construction log, handovers, defect tracking)
  • Hands-on mentality and willingness to assume operational responsibility on site
  • Pragmatic and solution-oriented approach, especially in the face of unforeseen challenges
  • Assertiveness combined with cooperative communication
  • Organisational skills and structured working methods
  • High sense of responsibility for safety, quality and deadlines
