About the role
- Junior Project Manager supporting logistics processes within Pro-Idee. Collaborating with teams to implement efficient logistics solutions.
Responsibilities
- Mitarbeit bei der Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von Logistikprojekten (z.B. Prozessoptimierungen, Standortentwicklungen, Einführung neuer Systeme)
- Unterstützung bei der Analyse und Dokumentation bestehender Logistikprozesse
- Erstellung von Projektplänen, Präsentationen, Statusberichten und Entscheidungsvorlagen
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Workshops sowie Abstimmungen mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
- Überwachung von Projektfortschritten hinsichtlich Zeit, Budget und Qualität
- Mitarbeit bei der Identifikation von Verbesserungspotentialen in der Supply Chain
- Unterstützung im Change-Management bei der Implementierung neuer Prozesse und Technologien, sowie Implementierung geeigneter Reportings
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Logistik oder eine Weiterbildung bzw. ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium in einer relevanten Fachrichtung mit Bezug zur Logistik ( z.B. Logistikmanagement, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen)
- Erste praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Logistik, Supply Chain Management oder Projektmanagement von Vorteil
- Grundverständnis im Umgang mit Warenwirtschafts- oder Lagerverwaltungssystemen, idealerweise SAP S4/HANA mit EWM
- Hohe IT-Affinität mit Interesse an Digitalisierungsthemen
- Erste Erfahrung in projektbezogener Mitarbeit
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und Interesse an Prozessoptimierung
- Kommunikative, strukturierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise, vor allem im Team
- Sehr gute MS-Excel-Kenntnisse (z.B. Pivot)
