About the role

  • Key Account-Manager in SHK industry overseeing strategic partnerships with builders and planning offices. Focusing on sales support and market observation to drive product placement.

Responsibilities

  • Competent point of contact for property developers, the housing sector, TGA/MEP planning firms and architectural offices
  • Build and expand a strategic network
  • Support our customers with individual technical building services (TGA) concepts
  • Targeted placement of our products with tendering authorities and decision-makers
  • Monitor the market and initiate appropriate measures
  • Develop and structure the sales territory
  • Active sales consultation
  • Promote P&M services – sample lounge, shower enclosure and photovoltaic services
  • Goal-oriented project tracking
  • Strategic planning of appointments

Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of the plumbing, heating and HVAC (SHK) industry
  • Strong sales orientation
  • Good time management and self-organization
  • Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
  • High self-motivation and commitment
