Responsibilities
Helping to resolve client queries

Ensuring thorough preparation, review and management of client documentation
Ensuring additional client requests are completed including all client post meeting actions
Undertaking all processes required and managing intricate tasks
Performing trading independently such as switches, withdrawals and contributions
Dealing with providers regarding transactions and submissions
Using platforms and systems to complete various duties ensuring data integrity and accuracy across all client records
Managing portal activities
Sharing knowledge and best practice and assisting in team training and strategic projects
Requirements
2+ years of experience in a professional environment, preferably within financial services
Good understanding of financial products and FCA principles
Full proficiency in Microsoft Office
Good knowledge about different provider platforms
Confident producing and analysing reports
Good organisational skills with ability to manage different priorities
Comfortable taking on new tasks and eager to develop technical knowledge and skills
