About the role
- Customer Success Project Manager managing client projects for TrendMiner in industrial analytics. Overseeing project phases and collaborating with engineering and analytics teams for successful implementation.
Responsibilities
- Leading and coordinating customer projects across all project phases, from planning through to go-live.
- Creating project plans, milestones, and reports, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Close collaboration with customers to understand and implement their technical requirements and objectives.
- Supporting customers in the adoption and deployment of the TrendMiner platform alongside engineering and analytics teams.
- Identifying, assessing, and documenting risks and opportunities within projects.
- Developing and implementing action plans to mitigate risks.
- Close coordination with internal teams to proactively address challenges.
- Collaborating with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to translate customer needs into improvements and innovations.
- Providing relevant project and customer insights to internal stakeholders.
- Supporting internal optimization initiatives to continuously improve processes and workflows.
Requirements
- Degree in engineering or equivalent technical qualification — we are specifically looking for candidates with a strong engineering background
- At least 2 years of project management experience, preferably in a B2B software or engineering environment
- Hands-on experience with data analytics tools or technical software solutions
- Solid understanding of industrial processes, e.g., chemicals, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals, or food
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Excellent German and English skills; additional languages such as French, Spanish, or Dutch are a plus
- Strong customer focus, technical advisory skills, and problem-solving abilities
- High level of self-motivation, organizational and time-management skills
- Willingness to travel up to 15%
