Registered with the NMC or HCPC
At least two years’ supervisory experience in a relevant care setting
Trained Assessor/Supervisor
Computer literate
Committed to ongoing professional development
Experience in clinical audit, service improvement, and managing multiple priorities
Previous experience supervising nursing or care staff
