About the role

  • Oversee and optimize operations of the Business Administration Office at Princeton Hydro. Leading compliance and operational efficiency across multiple states as a seasoned professional.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership for the Business Administration Office, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
  • Ensure timely renewal and maintenance of all business licenses, registrations, and certifications (e.g., Public Works Contractor Certification, SBE)
  • Prepare, submit, and oversee required filings, reports, and disclosures to state and federal agencies to ensure ongoing compliance
  • Track expiration dates and proactively manage compliance calendars
  • Set up and manage state- and federal-level business accounts for compliance and operational needs
  • Review contracts and agreements for compliance and operational considerations, collaborating with the COO and counsel as appropriate
  • Develop and oversee internal policies to maintain regulatory compliance and operational integrity
  • Collaborate with finance leadership to support accurate reporting and compliance
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for compliance-related audits and inquiries

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in business administration and compliance with a proven ability to lead complex processes and drive strategic initiatives
  • Proven track record of managing compliance requirements across multiple states and federal levels
  • Demonstrated leadership in developing policies and improving operational efficiency
  • Familiarity with finance processes and reporting
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to influence strategic decisions and manage multiple priorities effectively.
