Responsibilities
Sales of real estate funds: Proactively sell our residential real estate AIFs and continuously optimize our sales strategies
Client management: Act as the primary point of contact for our clients and investors, ensuring high-quality advice and personalized support
Network development: Build and expand a robust network of banks, family offices and institutional investors to increase our reach
Support and training: As a driving force, prepare content and assist in the preparation for client meetings
Product presentations: Present new products and projects internally and on industry platforms, as well as to analysts and sector experts
Event participation: Represent Primus Valor & Alpha Ordinatum at trade fairs, conferences and sales events to expand our network and strengthen our market presence
Requirements
Experience in selling financial products, ideally in alternative investment funds and real estate
Excellent communication skills and persuasiveness
Proven track record in building and maintaining professional networks
Willingness to travel and attend industry-related events
