Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the lead management strategy: acquisition, behavior tracking, qualification, nurturing and engagement, based on the needs of buyer and user personas
  • Plan and execute digital and in-person initiatives focused on conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Implement and optimize SEO strategies to drive organic growth and brand authority
  • Apply Growth Marketing and Growth Hacking techniques to accelerate acquisition, engagement and conversion
  • Optimize performance metrics such as CTR, CPL, CPO, CAC and the generation of qualified opportunities (Opps)
  • Continuously assess lead quality and their potential to convert into revenue
  • Design and scale ABM strategies to expand market share in key accounts and target segments
  • Plan, coordinate and execute internal and external events (in-person and online), including budgeting, vendors, timelines, staffing and measurement of results
  • Develop and implement communication and brand positioning strategies for internal and external audiences
  • Manage social media channels and ensure branding consistency and performance
  • Provide mentorship and manage the team
  • Monitor and provide strategic oversight of clients, prospects and competitors
  • Work on packaging offerings and the services portfolio
  • Manage relationships with media and strategic partners (press relations, events, interviews, releases)
  • Monitor funnel metrics (opens, clicks, conversions, pipeline, campaign and event ROI), proposing continuous optimizations
  • Coordinate the marketing team and the activities of partner agencies and vendors

Requirements

  • Strong experience in strategic marketing planning and branding
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing for enterprise companies
  • Advanced knowledge of Growth Marketing, inbound, outbound and ABM
  • Experience with multichannel campaigns (content, paid media, social, events, automation)
  • Proficiency in paid media and campaign optimization (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads)
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret performance indicators across the funnel (marketing, sales and post-sales)
  • Knowledge of metrics: CPL, CPO, CAC, LTV and campaign ROI
  • Knowledge of technical and content SEO
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM
  • Strategic, results-oriented profile with business acumen and leadership capability
