Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Actuarial & Risk Analytics in managing Prima’s risk management system
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure effective and timely delivery of key risk indicators
- Coordinate the preparation of the Risk reporting to the Risk and Controls Committee
- Coordinate the annual risk assessment of the company
- Partner with business and finance teams to generate risk-driven insights on the business as well as on strategic planning
- Lead initiatives to implement and execute scenario analysis at group level
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in enterprise risk management with expertise in the financial sector, preferably in insurance
- Proficiency in risk governance, process and reporting
- Strong analytical mindset complemented by solid communication skills
