- Handle a portfolio of motor claims involving bodily injury, conduct investigations, evaluate liability and damages, and manage litigation files.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) handling motor-related bodily injury claims from inception through to settlement
- Familiarity with government-linked personal injury frameworks and portals, including Official Injury Claim (OIC) and Ministry of Justice (MoJ) claims services as well as knowledge of the differing jurisdictions in Scotland and Northern Ireland.
- Technical knowledge of UK motor insurance coverages, bodily injury, and civil procedure law, including the claims process and litigation framework
- Deep understanding of indemnity, liability assessment, and quantum calculation/estimation in bodily injury cases
- Comfortable working in a growing / scale-up business environment
