About the role

IT Operations Specialist at Glow25 coordinating with IT service providers and managing IT infrastructure. Supporting Production & Fulfillment with compliance and security standards, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

Coordination with the IT service provider & daily operations: As the central point of contact for our managed IT partner, you ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Workplace IT & device management: You handle all daily hardware processes — from orders and returns to inventory — and keep device, inventory, and license data accurate and up to date.
Security & compliance support: You help implement and execute our IT and security policies, including audits.
Support for Production & Fulfillment: You assist our Production & Fulfillment team with access management and system updates, and are available on-site when tasks cannot be resolved remotely.
Internal documentation & enablement: You maintain our IT documentation and self-service guides and support the rollout of new tools and security improvements.

You have experience in IT operations or workplace IT, ideally in a growing or remote-first company.
You are comfortable working with SaaS tools, MDM platforms, and SSO setups.
You work in a structured, detail-oriented way and reliably follow processes.
You communicate clearly and strike a good balance between user needs and security requirements.
You can occasionally provide on-site support in Berlin when needed.
