Responsibilities

**Product Ownership & Delivery**
Create, prioritize, and maintain a product backlog aligned with product vision and business objectives.
Prioritize features and stories within sprints to maximize customer value.
Ensure backlog items are clearly defined, understood, and properly estimated.
Facilitate sprint planning, discovery sessions, and translation of requirements into actionable user stories.
**Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement**
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure features meet customer needs and are delivered on schedule.
Serve as a subject matter expert for the product domain and a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Partner with development, design, and QA teams to maintain product quality and consistency.
**Innovation & Continuous Improvement**
Stay current with industry trends, web and API technologies, and Agile best practices to drive product innovation.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced customer experiences.
Requirements
**Qualifications**
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
Hands-on experience with business process and requirements analysis.
Strong understanding of API and web application development.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum) and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
Excellent decision-making, communication, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with user-centered design principles and web usability best practices.
Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive outcomes without formal authority.
Some travel may be required.
