About the role
- Act as the first line of defence for production systems, using runbooks and tools like Datadog to detect and resolve incidents. Collaborate with Security and Engineering, participate in a 24/7 shift rotation, and develop operational expertise.

- Be the first line of defence: Use documented runbooks to resolve technical and security issues swiftly and accurately.
- Monitor and act: Utilise tools like Datadog to track systems and respond to alerts.
- Escalate smartly: Use the Incident Management system to promptly report customer-impacting incidents.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with Security and Engineering teams to support safe operations.
