About the role

• Regional Director of Health Center Operations providing leadership for PPPSW centers to ensure exceptional service and performance in healthcare delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic and operational leadership for a portfolio of PPPSW health centers.
• Responsible for the overall operations, performance, and success of assigned sites.
• Advocates for necessary resources and manages budgets and expenses.
• Leads initiatives focused on operational effectiveness, staff engagement, patient experience, change management, and development of leadership teams.
• Conducts regular travel to Riverside County health centers, visiting each health center at least twice per month.
• Works directly with center leadership and staff in support of day-to-day operations and long-term strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in health related field - *Required*
• 5+ years of experience supervising teams of 10+ people in a health care environment - *Required, and*
• 5 + years of experience working in a health care setting, i.e. community health, urgent care or managed care environment, with strong knowledge of health care issues and policies - *Required, and*
• 5 + years of proven experience analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement - *Required, and*
• 5+ years of proven experience impacting with patient flow efficiencies and patient experience - *Required*
• Master's Degree in Business Management, Health Care Administration or equivalent - *Preferred*
• 1+ years of experience Experience managing multiple locations and/or programs - *Preferred*
