About the role
- UI Designer Júnior supporting the creation and evolution of digital interfaces for Pottencial Seguradora. Ensuring visual consistency and collaboration with UX, technology, and business teams.
Responsibilities
- Support the creation, evolution, and adjustments of existing screens, ensuring visual quality and consistency with the Design System.
- Produce wireframes, flows, and medium- and high-fidelity prototypes to support internal discussions and idea validation.
- Conduct and support usability tests using the created prototypes, recording insights and contributing to experience improvements.
- Participate in meetings with stakeholders to understand requirements, gather needs, and support prioritization of requests.
- Collaborate actively with UX, technology, and business teams to ensure alignment between proposed solutions and product strategy.
- Maintain and update the component library, and contribute to Design System documentation.
- Apply UI best practices and usability heuristics in the visual development of interfaces.
- Ensure visual consistency and standardization in deliverables, following brand guidelines and established patterns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or completed technological degree in Design, Digital Design, Systems Development, or equivalent.
- Intermediate knowledge of design processes, layout creation, ideation, and building prototypes at different fidelity levels.
- Advanced proficiency in prototyping tools: Figma and Miro.
- Ability to create prototypes in Figma using Auto Layout, variables, good componentization practices, and file organization.
- Familiarity with UI best practices, grid systems, typography, visual hierarchy, and accessibility will be considered a plus.
