  • Team Leader managing a team of around 20 employees across 6 retail branches. Creating optimal conditions for collaboration and ensuring professional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • You lead and coach a team of around 20 employees across 6 branches.
  • You create optimal conditions for teamwork and promote continuous learning.
  • Responsible for handling all tasks of daily operations and for providing competent customer advice.
  • Actively contribute to shaping the branches and helping them achieve their goals.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in sales, retail or a commercial/business field.
  • Experience in leading a team; experience in a deputy/assistant manager role is also acceptable.
  • Swiss federal-recognized further training as a leader, or willingness to complete such training.
  • Broad interests and a willingness to learn in order to actively drive change and support employees.
  • Very good German language skills; other languages are an advantage.
