Requirements

Experience in leading a team; experience in a deputy/assistant manager role is also acceptable.
Swiss federal-recognized further training as a leader, or willingness to complete such training.
Broad interests and a willingness to learn in order to actively drive change and support employees.
Very good German language skills; other languages are an advantage.
