Responsibilities
Supervise and execute maintenance practices aligned to production needs
Lead a team to execute routine complex activities for capacity utilization and quality standards
Oversee daily maintenance activities for machinery and facilities
Ensure implementation of Asset Maintenance Management
Direct and coordinate Maintenance Department activities to maintain equipment
Drive TPM practices for equipment reliability
Develop and implement best-practice maintenance strategies
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing maintenance team
Diagnose technical problems and carry out timely repairs
Work with team to develop cost-effective repair strategies
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for maintenance services
Maintain overall condition of physical infrastructure
Maintain records of maintenance activities and prepare reports
Develop innovative ideas for production efficiencies
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in maintenance or engineering roles
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and utility systems
Experience in TPM/ LSS would be a plus
Experience in implementing and managing preventive/predictive maintenance programs and using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS, SAP)
Problem-Solving Skills
Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and decision-making skills under time pressure
Solid understanding of safety standards, regulations, and procedures in industrial or facility environments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with internal departments, contractors, and vendors.
