About the role
- Consultant in the energy field supporting clients in strategy and transformation projects. Collaborating with qualified colleagues to realize successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- As part of a team of highly qualified colleagues, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of our clients' projects
- You design strategy and transformation projects, advise along the energy-sector value chain and ensure their successful implementation
- Assume responsibility within the company as a (part-)project manager in client engagements
- Work on projects at the interface of the energy industry, sustainability, digitalization and software development
- Develop strategy and transformation concepts across the entire energy value chain to promote sustainability and resilience
- Contribute to the strategic, operational or organizational development of energy-related topics, such as hydrogen utilization, green power and flexibility marketing, new business models for decentralized energy supply, or CO2 emissions accounting
- Continuous professional development on current trends and developments in the energy sector
- Support the promotion of interdisciplinary expertise through publications and presentations
Requirements
- Desire to join a motivated and committed team and contribute your own ideas
- Initial practical experience through internships or entry-level positions in the energy sector or in consulting (industry-independent)
- A good degree in a technical, scientific, economic or information technology discipline
- Enjoy combining technical understanding, strategic analysis, commercial acumen and implementation work
- Reliability, team spirit, openness and a passion for actively shaping the energy transition, driving topics and establishing sustainable change
- Initial presentation and moderation experience as well as MS Office skills
- Very good German and English skills
- Willingness to travel (flexibility and mobility)
