Responsibilities
- Preparation of technical support materials for the Sales team (product datasheets, specification guides, technical comparisons, and training content);
- Creation and review of content for the website;
- Creation of technical comparisons of competitors' products;
- Analysis of sales history for products and components;
- Analysis of forecasts at product and component level;
- Analysis of the pre-sales team's response SLA;
- Management/control of partner ROs.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering (Computer, Electrical, Telecommunications, Production), Information Systems, Information Technology, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, or other related fields;
- Intermediate written English;
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel;
- Basic knowledge of PowerPoint;
- Understanding of IT equipment architecture;
- Knowledge of datacenter architecture is a plus.
