Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate planning teams within Engineering
Independently plan, manage and monitor complex infrastructure projects
Manage budgets and resources while considering economic objectives
Ensure quality standards, adherence to schedules and compliance with legal and technical regulations
Act as the central link between departmental management, construction and project managers to ensure smooth processes
Prepare cost estimates, tender documents and bid analyses

Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering (Bachelor, Master, Diploma) or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in construction with a focus on project management, planning, site management or design
Leadership skills and experience leading construction or planning teams
Solid knowledge of relevant standards (DIN, VOB, HOAI) and experience with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and project management tools
Strong goal- and team-orientation, strategic and commercial thinking, and a pronounced hands-on mentality
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as assertiveness
