Intern assisting in compliance and administrative activities at Positivo Tecnologia, involving monitoring compliance indicators and supporting due diligence processes.
Responsibilities
Assist in carrying out administrative activities across various departments, including general administration, sales, accounting and finance;
Complete forms, perform data entry and organize documents, as well as draft memoranda, letters and departmental reports;
Support the monitoring and consolidation of compliance and risk indicators for the preparation of periodic reports;
Assist in due diligence processes for suppliers, partners and third parties, conducting initial research and organizing information;
Provide support for the management of the Whistleblower Channel, performing initial triage and organizing records under supervision while ensuring strict confidentiality;
Perform activities in accordance with internal procedures, ensuring adherence to company rules, quality policies and safety practices.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a university degree program in Psychology, Law, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or Engineering;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Office suite);
Basic understanding of compliance principles and the ability to interpret internal policies to assess compliance;
Organized (methodical and evidence-oriented), clear communicator, ethical, proactive and able to work effectively in a team;
Knowledge of Projuris and whistleblower/reporting channel tools will be considered a plus.
