Responsibilities
- Assist controllership management in managing and controlling fixed costs, performing detailed closing analyses and preparing short-, medium-, and long-term financial projections.
- Conduct studies and analyses to identify opportunities for cost reduction and expense optimization across various business areas, proposing practical and effective actions.
- Collaborate in preparing and monitoring the budget using methodologies such as Matrix Budgeting and Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB).
- Actively participate in the preparation of financial reports that provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Interact with different areas of the company to understand needs and propose financial solutions that promote efficiency and cost reduction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
- Proven experience in cost management within controllership, with a focus on analyzing opportunities to reduce expenses.
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and to communicate effectively with stakeholders across functions.
- Knowledge of Matrix Budgeting and Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB).
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Must reside in Curitiba or the surrounding metropolitan area.
