- Expertise in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Gantt charts, event management software).
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and timelines.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic event plans aligned with business objectives.
- Experience in identifying risks, developing contingency plans, and managing crisis situations.
- Knowledge of health, safety, legal, and regulatory requirements for large events.
- Meticulous attention to detail in planning, execution, and post-event evaluation.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences and teams.
- Strong relationship-building skills with executives, sponsors, vendors, and VIPs.
