About the role
- Lead AI systems design across SaaS solutions at PointClickCare to innovate healthcare delivery. Drive AI enablement and build scalable solutions for measurable business impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead and design AI systems across multiple SaaS solutions following AI Design Patterns.
- Define technical standards and reusable patterns for reasoning, tool use, and coordinated action.
- Identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases, build scalable AI solutions, and create playbooks and patterns to accelerate implementation.
- Transform prototypes into production-ready solutions.
- Invest in talent development, equip teams with skills and tools to embed AI across the organization.
- Mentor teams and ensure alignment with Responsible AI, security, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Experience with model broker patterns, multi-model routing, and serving stacks.
- Good understanding of Salesforce Agentforce and Boomi Agentic AI platform capabilities is highly desired.
- Mastery in DevOps processes and tools.
- Mastery in GITHUB and troubleshooting complex versioning and DevOps issues.
- Mastery in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to iteratively deliver complex solutions.
- Excellent organization, critical-thinking, personal self-management and leadership skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to deliver without supervision, influence and motivate other team members.
- A continuous learner – enjoy acquiring and sharing knowledge and wisdom with others.
