Responsibilities

Requirements
- 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- Extensive experience with Microsoft’s Operating System Deployment methodology including MECM OSD, MDT & USMT
- Strong background in many desktop technologies including at least expert knowledge in MECM, Windows Group Policy, Powershell, desktop/laptop encryption
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Must possess good verbal and written communication skills
- Must have good customer service-oriented attitude
- Must have willingness to work with others
- Must be organized and flexible
