Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex, cross‑functional technology programs from planning through execution and delivery
- Drive progress across infrastructure initiatives, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, risks, and dependencies
- Partner with senior leaders, business stakeholders, and technology teams to align priorities and deliver results
- Contribute to enterprise modernization efforts as part of PNC’s Orange Rocket program—a strategic portfolio focused on innovating and modernizing our technology infrastructure
- Apply strong program leadership skills to influence outcomes, solve challenges, and keep initiatives moving forward
- Flex across team priorities as needed, supporting broader program needs with a collaborative mindset
Requirements
- Significant experience in project and/or program management within complex environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives, organize work, and drive results
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management
- Experience supporting technology infrastructure, cloud, hosting, or production‑related initiatives
- Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, or traditional delivery models
- Comfort working across matrixed teams and influencing without direct authority
- Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
- Specific certifications are often required
