Directs the implementation of a systematic approach to facilitate change management within the business from the perspective of the organization and on an individual level.
Leads and serves as subject matter resource for heads of products and channels in the line of business.
May consult and provide subject matter expertise to Bank Operations and Customer Experience centers of expertise.

Industry experience is typically 8 + years
Higher level education such as a Masters degree, or PhD is desirable
