About the role

• AI Engineer - Consultant developing intelligent solutions for clients and integrating them into existing processes. Join pmOne in Köln or München for a transformative journey in AI.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in the practical and effective implementation of artificial intelligence.
• Develop smart solutions and advise on implementation.
• Ensure the integration of AI into existing processes.
• Guide clients on the transition to AI-supported, data-driven processes and develop tailored solutions.
• Develop AI solutions and integrate software into complex system landscapes — both on-premises and in the cloud.
• Prepare and analyze data and integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
• Support adoption, change management and governance.
• Actively contribute to the development of consulting concepts, methodologies, as well as proofs-of-concept and pilot projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience with AI and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or Scikit-learn.
• Experience in software development and in deploying software solutions (on-premises, cloud).
• Analytical thinking, a structured working style and the ability to successfully manage complex projects.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and understandably — both internally and to clients.
• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on artificial intelligence, machine learning or data science.
• Enthusiasm for new technologies and a strong motivation to actively shape AI projects.
• Very good German and good English skills.
• Willingness to travel (approx. 20%).
