About the role

  • Customer Success Intern at Pluxbox assisting customers in using the platform. Onboarding users and driving engagement for a leading cloud-based development platform.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of customers’ design strategy and business objectives and drive use of the Pluxbox Platform to help them achieve those objectives
  • Onboarding new users and setting them up for success
  • Driving engagement and adoption among existing customers by conducting continuous best practice sessions, product demos
  • Monitor entitlements in key accounts and drive successful renewals and expansions
  • Deliver actionable and candid feedback from customers to the Figma design and development teams
  • Writing Technical documentation
  • Giving input for creating tutorial videos
  • Developing and optimizing training(s) for Pluxbox Platform user(s)

Requirements

  • You are a bachelor’s or master student.
  • You describe yourself as positive, proactive, assertive and you are a teamplayer;
  • You have strong organisational skills with the demonstrated ability to prioritise multiple tasks and deliver results;
  • Motivated self-starter taking ownership with ability to adapt to a continually changing business and work environment and manage multiple priorities;
  • Strong verbal, written and listening communication skills in English.
  • Problem solver with strong management skills, organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Good at speaking and writing English
  • Experience with design software like Figma, Sketch, webflow.
  • You must have good experience in user experience.
