Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the SDR team;
  • Ensure SQL targets are met;
  • Monitor and optimize funnel conversion rates;
  • Structure cadences and prospecting routines;
  • Track individual and team productivity;
  • Create dashboards and performance analyses;
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills and a metrics-driven mindset;
  • Previous experience leading an SDR team;
  • Strong organizational skills and operational discipline;
  • Ability to translate targets into actionable plans;
  • Experience with CRM and prospecting tools;
  • Ability to read dashboards and interpret KPIs and metrics;
  • Proficiency with tools such as Intercom, Ploomes (CRM), Meetime, and Power BI.

  • Experience in complex B2B sales;
  • Experience working in SaaS companies;
  • Experience with aggressive growth targets.
