About the role
- Junior Lawyer in the Consultative area of Contracts at PLC Advogados, focusing on negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts.
Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, with emphasis on leases and service agreements;
- Drafting notifications, reviewing documents and issuing legal opinions;
- Generalist technical knowledge of corporate/business legal matters;
- Ability to understand the economic-legal context of companies, with a business-oriented mindset.
Requirements
- Education: Law degree and current registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
- Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Windows and the main Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and PDF tools.
- Differentials: Experience with commercial or operational contracts and knowledge of matters related to shopping centers.
