About the role
- Product Designer responsible for designing user experiences and integrating AI in video creation software at PlayPlay. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Deeply understand our users, their workflows and AI capabilities through continuous research and turn insights into solid product opportunities that drive the business.
- Design end-to-end product experiences (user flows, information architecture, interaction patterns, pixel-perfect UI) from problem framing and exploration to ready-for-dev design and post-launch impact analysis.
- Leverage and evolve our Design System to keep the product cohesive and capitalize on design decisions while enabling the team to ship faster.
- Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to shape roadmaps, manage trade-offs, and ensure a high-quality experience.
- Design with and around AI: use latest AI technologies to accelerate your design workflow. Shape latest AI models into user-friendly products.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience practicing Product Design as your primary craft in product-led environments.
- A strong portfolio showing end-to-end product work: from framing the problem and research to shipped UX/UI and impact on metrics.
- Fluency in modern prototyping tools to communicate your ideas efficiently (we use Figma Design and Figma Make).
- Fluency in French and in English (spoken + written).
- Curiosity about generative AI products
