About the role

  • UI/UX Designer leading end-to-end design processes for digital experiences at Expleo. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create user-centered solutions and advocate for accessibility standards in design.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and conduct user interviews, contextual inquiries, and usability testing sessions.
  • Synthesize qualitative and quantitative research to develop personas, journey maps, and mental models.
  • Champion a user-first culture by translating data and feedback into actionable design insights.
  • Define information architecture, user flows, and interaction models for web and mobile applications.
  • Create wireframes, low-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes for rapid validation.
  • Lead design sprints and facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams.
  • Craft pixel-perfect, high-fidelity UI designs that adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Build and maintain a scalable design system and component library in Figma.
  • Ensure visual consistency across all product touchpoints and platforms.
  • Work closely with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
  • Create detailed design specs, annotations, and developer-ready assets.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies — sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Advocate for WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards in all design deliverables.
  • Conduct heuristic evaluations and competitive benchmarking to continuously raise the bar.
  • Iterate designs based on A/B test results and post-launch analytics.

Requirements

  • 5 – 10 years of professional UI/UX design experience in product companies or agencies.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process across web and/or mobile products.
  • Expert proficiency in Figma (prototyping, auto-layout, variants, and design systems).
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
  • Hands-on experience conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React) — enough to collaborate effectively with developers.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills — ability to present and defend design decisions.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
