About the role

  • UX/UI Designer working with Autoglass on digital solutions. Collaborating with teams to improve user experience and product development.

Responsibilities

  • Work on building and improving processes and products in collaboration with technical and business teams.
  • Act as a facilitator in problem solving, mediating the expectations of related teams.
  • Act proactively, able to identify insights and generate opportunities for creating new products.
  • Support the creation and evolution of the product roadmap.
  • Prepare scripts and conduct research to understand users and their needs; map personas, user journeys and flows.
  • Based on hypotheses, design and validate solutions through low- to high-fidelity prototyping.
  • Perform benchmarking to provide input for well-founded discussions about market trends and practices from other areas.
  • Share acquired knowledge with the goal of spreading a design culture across the company.
  • Contribute to the creation and evolution of visual interface patterns for products.
  • Participate in and contribute to internal team activities to improve design processes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, Marketing, Advertising, Systems Analysis or related fields.
  • Fundamentals and basic design concepts.
  • Design Thinking tools.
  • Experience in UX or UI.
  • Experience with web systems and mobile applications projects.
  • User research experience.
  • Written communication and logical reasoning skills.
  • Experience with Figma.
  • Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with Design Sprint and/or Lean Inception.
  • Experience as a facilitator.
  • Experience with usability testing.
  • Experience working with Design Systems.
  • Experience in an agile development team.
  • Certifications in UX.
