Responsibilities

  • Own and manage key ToC accounts in Japan, including retailers and platform partners
  • Lead commercial negotiations, annual planning, and contract execution with KA partners
  • Collaborate with Marketing, DTC, and Marketplace teams on channel-specific strategies
  • Monitor sales performance, inventory, and execution quality across KA channels
  • Contribute to building scalable and repeatable KA sales frameworks for Japan

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Key Accounts in consumer or retail-related industries
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Solid understanding of consumer sales channels and go-to-market strategies
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actions
  • Experience working in fast-growing or cross-functional environments
