Responsibilities
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for junior-level roles through proactive sourcing.
Manage interview scheduling, candidate communication, and ATS updates with high accuracy.
Coordinate assessments, hiring logistics, and prepare weekly pipeline status updates.
Support sourcing experiments and market mapping to broaden talent outreach.
Assist in employer branding and recruitment operations initiatives when needed.
Requirements
Strong learning agility and adaptability — able to pick up tools and processes quickly.
High attention to detail and reliability in managing coordination and data accuracy.
Clear, professional communication skills with candidates and hiring managers.
Curiosity and initiative to test new sourcing approaches and improve workflow efficiency.
Ability to commit full-time or at least 3 days/week for a minimum of 3 months (Jan–May/June).
