About the role

  • Commercialization Product Manager leading initiatives for subscription models and user migration strategies at Plaud Inc. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product monetization efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy and execution of commercial product initiatives, including redesigning subscription models and paid features.
  • Plan and execute cross-platform user migration strategies, including payment platform transitions to optimize cost and experience (e.g., iOS → Stripe).
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and data analytics team to implement commercial features and ensure smooth rollout.
  • Analyze user behavior, revenue impact, and adoption metrics to continuously refine commercial strategies and improve monetization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product Management, or a technical field.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in monetization, subscription
  • Experience designing or optimizing subscription models or paid feature strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate user behavior, revenue metrics, and feature adoption.
  • Experience collaborating with engineering teams to implement system-level product changes.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in subscription-driven hardware + software products.
  • Knowledge of payment platforms and experience designing cross-platform migration strategies.
  • Ability to think strategically about business models while driving execution at the system and feature level.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Passion for designing monetization strategies that balance user experience and revenue growth.
