Commercialization Product Manager leading initiatives for subscription models and user migration strategies at Plaud Inc. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product monetization efforts.
Responsibilities
Lead the strategy and execution of commercial product initiatives, including redesigning subscription models and paid features.
Plan and execute cross-platform user migration strategies, including payment platform transitions to optimize cost and experience (e.g., iOS → Stripe).
Collaborate with engineering, design, and data analytics team to implement commercial features and ensure smooth rollout.
Analyze user behavior, revenue impact, and adoption metrics to continuously refine commercial strategies and improve monetization.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product Management, or a technical field.
3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in monetization, subscription
Experience designing or optimizing subscription models or paid feature strategies.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate user behavior, revenue metrics, and feature adoption.
Experience collaborating with engineering teams to implement system-level product changes.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in subscription-driven hardware + software products.
Knowledge of payment platforms and experience designing cross-platform migration strategies.
Ability to think strategically about business models while driving execution at the system and feature level.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Passion for designing monetization strategies that balance user experience and revenue growth.
