About the role

Responsibilities
- Eigenständige Bearbeitung und Steuerung von Kundenaufträgen – von der Auftragserfassung bis zur Auslieferung
- Verantwortung für Materialwirtschaft: Bestandskontrolle, Inventuren, einfache Lagerabstimmungen
- Pflege und Aktualisierung von Stammdaten und Tools
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Sales, Logistik, QS und Engineering
- Pragmatische Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft: Aufgaben strukturieren, Informationen nachhalten, Schnittstellen aktiv zusammenbringen
- Übernahme von Verantwortung für reibungslose Abläufe und Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
- Verwaltung von Leihgeräten
- Unterstützung der Sales-Abteilung bei der Angebotserstellung
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (z. B. Industriekaufmann/-frau, Speditions- oder Logistikkaufmann/-frau)
- Erste Erfahrung in Auftragsabwicklung oder Materialwirtschaft; Einkaufserfahrung von Vorteil
- Affinität für erklärungsbedürftige, hochtechnische Produkte
- Ausgeprägte Hands-on Mentalität und generalistische Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstark, teamorientiert und in der Lage, mit vielen Schnittstellen sicher umzugehen
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und Grundkenntnisse in Englisch (Telefonate, E-Mails)
- Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (idealerweise proALPHA) und MS Office
