About the role

  • HR Analyst focusing on payroll processing and compliance at Plascar, an automotive components industry leader. Ensuring accurate payroll operations and supporting employee inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and verify payroll routines (hiring/onboarding, vacation, termination, leaves/absences, garnishments/child support, contributions and ancillary obligations)
  • Process and validate contributions/withholdings (INSS, FGTS, IRRF)
  • Responsible for submitting and reviewing events in eSocial (periodic and non-periodic)
  • Act as the corporate support point for employees on payroll matters
  • Support improvements to processes and internal controls within the area.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields
  • Specialization in Labor Legislation or Personnel/Payroll Administration is desirable
  • Experience with payroll routines and calculations
  • Experience with eSocial (submissions and closures such as S-1200, S-1210, S-1299, etc.)
  • Knowledge of labor legislation as applied to payroll
  • Knowledge of social contributions and ancillary obligations
  • Experience with TOTVS Datasul system is a plus
  • Intermediate Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Availability to work in the Jundiaí region.
