About the role
- Functional Safety Specialist in projects for functional safety within automation technology. Collaborating with clients on safety analyses and documentation while fostering team development in a flexible environment.
Responsibilities
- Act as a sparring partner and strengthen our technical departments
- Contribute to projects in the field of functional safety
- Support hazard analyses (HAZOP/PAAG) and risk assessments, including risk analysis, risk evaluation and allocation of safety functions with our clients
- Independently perform tasks in the areas of Engineering, Testing and Documentation
- Support project management and project coordination
- Contribute to the development, refinement and optimization of management processes (FSM)
- Produce functional safety documentation
Requirements
- Qualification as a technician/master or degree in electrical or automation engineering, or equivalent knowledge/experience
- Enthusiasm for safety in the process industry
- Knowledge of EN 61511 and familiarity with key safety standards
- Certification as a Functional Safety Professional/Engineer is an advantage
- Enjoy working in a team and taking on challenges together
