Responsibilities
Administrative support to the heavy vehicle sales team.
Telephone and in-person customer, partner and supplier service.
Organization, verification and follow-up of sales-related documentation (proposals, contracts, customer registration forms, invoices, vehicle documents, etc.).
Customer registration and updates in internal systems and spreadsheets.
Support in preparing commercial reports, KPIs and management presentations.
Organization and control of files and records, ensuring compliance and traceability.
Support for the department's administrative routines.
Liaison with internal areas such as Finance, Maintenance and Accounting to progress processes.
Requirements
High school diploma (college degree preferred).
Previous experience in administrative or sales support routines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Experience with ERP/CRM systems.
Familiarity with vehicle documentation processes (DUT, CRV, CRLV, financing, etc.).
Experience in the truck, machinery or heavy equipment sector.
