About the role

  • Administrative Assistant providing support to sales team for heavy vehicles. Handling documentation, customer interaction, and team collaboration in Brazil.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative support to the heavy vehicle sales team.
  • Telephone and in-person customer, partner and supplier service.
  • Organization, verification and follow-up of sales-related documentation (proposals, contracts, customer registration forms, invoices, vehicle documents, etc.).
  • Customer registration and updates in internal systems and spreadsheets.
  • Support in preparing commercial reports, KPIs and management presentations.
  • Organization and control of files and records, ensuring compliance and traceability.
  • Support for the department's administrative routines.
  • Liaison with internal areas such as Finance, Maintenance and Accounting to progress processes.

Requirements

  • High school diploma (college degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in administrative or sales support routines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with vehicle documentation processes (DUT, CRV, CRLV, financing, etc.).
  • Experience in the truck, machinery or heavy equipment sector.
