About the role

  • Sales Development Representative at pixx.io focusing on outbound sales and lead generation. Collaborating with the sales team to convert leads into long-term partnerships while enhancing the SaaS product.

Responsibilities

  • You love making the first customer contact, uncovering potential and creating real impact through smart outbound sales?
  • Hunting & Outreach – You identify the right contacts, build targeted relationships, and introduce our product with creative, personalized approaches (calls, social selling, e-mails).
  • Pipeline Builder – You spot promising business opportunities, qualify leads, and ensure a steady deal flow.
  • Challenger Mindset – You understand the challenges of our target group and show how we can revolutionize their processes with our product.
  • Smart Sales Tech – You optimize your workflow and drive data-driven sales using modern tools (HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Make, Clay).
  • Game Changer – Your insights from customer conversations help us get even better — in product, in pitch, and across the entire sales process.
  • Team Player – You work closely with our Account Executives to turn your qualified leads into closed deals.

Requirements

  • Sales experience – Ideally you have 1–2 years in a sales discipline at a SaaS company, a startup, or an agile tech/e‑commerce environment.
  • Hungry for growth – You enjoy tackling challenges, continuously improving, and experimenting with new selling techniques.
  • Structured & analytical working style – You take a data-driven approach to your outbound strategies, optimize your outreach processes, and steadily improve your success rate.
  • Tech affinity & CRM skills – Initial experience with HubSpot (or similar CRMs) and confident Excel skills help you manage your sales pipeline smartly.
  • Sales is communication – You are strong in communication (both verbal and written), persuasive and persistent without being pushy.
  • Team-player mindset – You understand that sales is a team sport — together we push each other to new highs.
  • Language & professionalism – You speak German at an expert level (C2) and can communicate confidently in English (at least B2).
